Reiki is a healing technique based on the therapist channeling energy onto the patient by the laying of hands, not necessarily touching, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki and Sound Baths are energy and vibrational therapy and can be combined to speed up the whole body relaxation process. Reiki is calming, soothing and effective for all ages from infants to seniors. Pregnant women and baby can also benefit from Reiki.

To enhance your abilities to self healing, home work may be given at the end of the session including affirmations, and meditation exercises
